Can I buy directly from KCI?
KCI sells strictly through our wholesale partners. If you are a distributor or end user, please contact us for the closest supplier in your area.
Can I get private labeling done for my company's products?
KCI offers private labeling for anti spatter and nozzle gel. Minimum quantities are 300 cans for anti spatter and 144 cans for nozzle gel. All artwork is generated by KCI at no charge.
Does KCI offer product certification on it's products?
Upon request, KCI will provide all certification. We offer typical and actual certifications on our NDT products, zinc products, and all of the military and other specifications are also available.
Can I get sales assistance and literature from KCI?
KCI will gladly provide sales literature and joint sales call assistance to our customers as requested.
Can I get special order cable covers and raparounds from KCI?
Unlike our competition, we manufacture all cable covers and raparounds in house. We have the capabilities to meet any special needs on these products as they arise.
Does KCI offer 24 hour emergency assistance
Yes, assistance is available through CHEMTREC at 800-424-9300 after business hours.
